Pick Up
Free local pick up is available from Tuesday - Saturday from 12PM - 5:30PM. Please choose the "Local pick up" option at checkout.
Once your order has been marked "Ready For Pick Up", you may pick up your order. If you are unable to meet this timeslot, your item will be held for 1 week. If not picked up, it will be restocked and non-refundable.
Domestic & International Shipping
You will receive tracking information once your order has been marked as shipped. Please ensure you have chosen a shipping option with tracking. If you've chosen an option without, your package will not be tracked.
Shipping prices are calculated at the time of checkout and are set by Canada Post based on your package weight and size. There is no markup added to your shipping total.
Collective Will is not responsible for lost or damaged packages. All duties are to be paid by the purchaser.
Please note: Orders cannot be shipped to a P.O. box.
