Shipping & Pick Up

NOTE: Any order placed between June 11 - 16th will be shipped on the 17th. 

Pick Up

Free local pick up is available from Tuesday - Saturday from 12PM - 5:30PM. Please choose the "Local pick up" option at checkout.

Once your order has been marked "Ready For Pick Up",  you may pick up your order.  If you are unable to meet this timeslot, your item will be held for 1 week. If not picked up, it will be restocked and non-refundable.

Domestic & International Shipping 

Any government or carrier-imposed duties, tariffs, or additional fees related to your order are the responsibility of the purchaser. If a package is refused upon delivery, a refusal fee will apply and be deducted from your refund.

You will receive tracking information once your order has been marked as shipped. Please ensure you have chosen a shipping option with tracking. If you've chosen an option without, your package will not be tracked.

Your order is shipped within 72 hours of purchase. In some circumstances, packages are being held by shipping carriers for an unknown amount of time as they prioritize the shipment of necessary items. We appreciate your understanding.

Collective Will is not responsible for lost or damaged packages. 

Please note: Orders cannot be shipped to a P.O. box.
